Your neurologist submits a referral and works with your insurance carrier to obtain prior authorization before scheduling your infusion.

Pre-Infusion Consultation
Our clinical team reviews your chart, confirms your current medications, and answers any questions before your first infusion.

Comfortable Infusion Suite
Infusions are administered in our private, comfortable suite at our East Syracuse office. Most sessions last 1–4 hours depending on the medication.

Monitoring & Follow-Up
You are monitored throughout your infusion by experienced clinical staff. Follow-up labs and neurologist check-ins are coordinated as part of your care plan.
